Our last meeting was all about Ireland and their culture. Our lovely rainbows done a leprechaun which is a type of male faerie in Irish folklore. Usually taking the form of an old man in a green coat, who mischief. Leprechauns spend all their time busily making shoes, and store away all their coins in a hidden pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
A new year has started in Banwell rainbows and we have a couple of new young members joining us for the activities.

Rainbows in Banwell did an amazing job putting rice inside their plastic containers and decorating them with colorful tissue paper. They seen where is Mexico in the globe, seen the tradition about pinatas and had an amazing time and next week is India! |
